Our products are made by traditional European and United States methods under the supervision of our Chef from the United States. All of our cheeses are made from pasteurized fresh milk and carefully aged prior to packing. As with artisan cheese from any given region our products have flavor characteristics that are unique to the origin on the milk and the area in which the cheese is produced and aged. Our grass feed cows produce a high quality fresh milk that gives a unique sharp flavor! We are currently looking for importers that are interested in distributing our cheeses outside of Indonesia. When sending a request by email please list the subject of the email as Bali Cheese Inquiry so that we may forward your email to the appropriate sales staff member. Bali Cheese is own by PT Pasti Enak which is also produces Wholesale Cacao Beans and Cacao products in Bali Indonesia. PT Pasti Enak is also a Gourmet Sauces Producer and Co Packer in Indonesia. PT Pasti Enak works closely with this sister companies Nusantara Hawaii a US food products importer and PT Bali Global. PT Bali Global runs a few different companies including P30 Menu Covers and Hospitality Products and a wholesale spa company just to name a few. |
